The Distress of Sleepless Hours

Aching for Sweet Oblivion

The grip of oblivion was a siren's call, a whispered promise of rest. To fade in its shadows was to quell the incessant chant of existence. The reality's sharp edges dissolved under the spell of its peace.

To truly long oblivion was to yearn for a passing respite from the weight of being.
